This workshop is intended for men and women dealing with
relationships, obstacles in the way of good relationships, and the ways to overcome them. It is
informative and highly interactive, and it aims to bring positive transformation to individuals
and couples alike.
We will address these main themes, covering everything from basics to esoteric:
- The basic differences between men and women from the viewpoints of Yoga and Tantra and
their impact on a relationship
- The differences between men and women from the physical, physiological, and psychological
perspectives, incorporating modern research. We will explore how the brain of each gender works
differently with a view toward assisting understanding and communication in relationships
- The structural constitution of men and women as it relates to the fundamentals of energy,
chakras, polarity and the five bodies of man.
- How men and women think and feel, the similarities and differences
- How Tantra helps couples overcome their relationship problems and embrace their
complementary roles and polarity
- Guidance for men on becoming the archetypical man, Shiva, and for women on manifesting the
quintessential spirit of Shakti – plus how both partners can integrate spirituality into
their relationship
- Various meditations, asanas (Yoga postures), mental techniques and visualizations, and
couples’ therapeutic exercises to help bridge relationship gaps, as well as to harmonize and
spiritualize interpersonal dynamics
- We will uphold the perfect union in the eyes of Tantra – a relationship built upon trust,
transfiguration, non-possessiveness, adoration, love, and surrender – contrasted with common
misunderstandings of the role of men and women in modern times
- The transformative and healing potential of Tantric lovemaking to rebuild the whole
structure of a relationship, from physical to mental and even spiritual
- Transcending our own limited human structure such that men assimilate and enhance the inner
Shiva (the Cosmic Man) and women learn to manifest as the Divine Feminine, with each idealizing
unity and surrender to their partner
- Final advice and lecture on the meaning of true love
