SEPTEMBER 2009

Ania and Silvia lead a Yoga Camp in Unstone Grange, a beautiful and peaceful Victorian mansion surrounded by stunning UK countryside (visit http://unstonegrange.com/ for more details). This Yoga Camp is suitable for beginners and more advanced yogis alike.

The weekend will feature a thorough explanation of the theory and fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga and meditation and will also focus on extensive practice. The camp also includes bhajans, walks in nature, and the opportunity to discuss practical yogic issues in the evenings.

More advanced Yoga practitioners within the Agama system may enjoy study groups – one for beginners, one for students at course levels 2/3 – which will focus on deepening Yoga practice. We will learn about various purification techniques and create the opportunity to practice them with the support of teachers. There will be time for question and answers plus lots of practice in a small group with ample individual attention.

Teachings will be held at Evolve, 691 Abbeydale Rd., Sheffield S7 2BE. The workshop will open Friday evening with a lecture to be held 19:30-21:00; this is open to the public. Saturday and Sunday will be full days.

There is no nudity whatsoever and participants may attend as individuals or in couples. Please bring a Yoga mat and wear comfortable, natural-fabric clothing.

Swami Vivekananda will be lecturing in the United Kingdom 10-12 November and then teaching Tantra 2 13-15 November at The Pierian Centre, Bristol. This workshop offers an exceptional opportunity to study the traditions of Tantric Yoga and spiritual eroticism; exploring the depths of Tantric lovemaking, and teaching how to cultivate spiritual love relationships.

The Tantra 2 Workshop builds on the foundations established in Tantra 1. However, the two workshops cover different material and are not necessarily sequential. Therefore, Tantra 2 may be attended by beginners; an introductory lecture will be held on 13 November to orient those who did not attend Tantra 1.
