Tiina Pappel

Teaching Title 1: Instructor / Yoga Parichaya
Country: Estonia

Tiina’s interest in spirituality and the feeling that there is so much more under the surface of everyday reality began in her teenage years when she studied philosophy and Eastern cultures in the first private school of the freshly liberated Estonia. She was always engaged with interesting projects like the creation of the new Estonian National Art Museum and becoming a mother of two beautiful daughters. However, she always had the feeling that there must be something important not yet revealed in her life.

After some significant events, including the sudden death of her beloved father, a new era in Tiina’s life began in 2012 when she decided to follow her heart and continue her spiritual studies. She started studying regression therapy at the Holistic Institute in Tallinn and also attended Yoga and Tantra classes at the Agama Yoga Center in Estonia - Bhairava Yoga.

Tiina was so amazed by these authentic teachings that, after finishing Level 1 in Estonia, she went to Agama Yoga Thailand to become a Yoga teacher.  She had found the missing part of her life.

After completing the Agama Teacher Training Course in 2013, she came back to Estonia and immediately started to teach at Bhairava Yoga. She has spent the past 2 years teaching Levels 1-6 and almost 600 beautiful hours with students, joyously sharing many insights and deep wisdom. She teaches in Estonian and English. Teaching Yoga and therapy has become the main activity in her life. She feels the deepest gratitude to Swami, Somananda and all the other teachers who have guided her.

Yoga has changed Tiina’s way of being and thinking, has guided her into an exciting journey of discovering Love and Truth, made her life more pure and balanced and brought her excellent health and valuable understandings. Teaching yoga is an inner vocation that makes her truly happy and alive.
