Karolin has been interested in Yoga and spirituality since her teenage years, when she made a promise that one day she would study Yoga. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she studied anthropology and grew inspired to explore shamanism. From there she took courses in Reiki, Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi Massage, and Tantra. After her first Tantra course she started to look for schools to take her studies deeper and found Agama Yoga.
In 2011 she began her Yoga studies at Agama Yoga-Mexico in Mazunte, and continued at Agama Yoga’s Estonian branch (formerly Bhairava Yoga, now Somananda.org). She later journeyed to Thailand, where she joined Agama's 500-hour Teacher Training Course, which she completed in 2014. Since then she has been actively teaching in Estonia and Colombia, and together with other teachers now runs the Agama Yoga Estonian branch of Isvara Joogakool. She has also introduced Yoga as an official subject to high school students in her home city of Tallinn, Estonia.
Karolin was overjoyed to reach her dream of becoming a Yoga teacher. She can teach in Estonian, English, and Spanish.
