Nina has always believed that we are all responsible for our own happiness. She recognized not only that all individuals seek to maximize their own personal happiness by pursuing whatever they believe makes them happy, but that people from all walks of life have this common goal.
She observed that this relentless pursuit of happiness is at the heart of human existence.
Upon beginning her studies in Yoga, Nina, an Aquarius, soon realized that this happiness lies within, that the contentment we are all searching for is a deep inner peace. Once embracing this simple but timeless yogic philosophy, Nina reoriented her own personal search for true lasting happiness by adopting a yogic lifestyle. She began her spiritual path in India and quickly became fascinated with the richness of Indian philosophy, specifically Tantra, as well as absorbed into Eastern metaphysical and esoteric teachings.
Nina's strong background in art, creativity, and design gave her a deep appreciation of artwork, temples, symbols, and aesthetics, which all have an important role in the spiritual tradition of India.
Nina's journey toward eternal peace has revealed to her that discontentment and suffering are intrinsic to the soul’s struggle toward perfection. Each step forward is a new understanding of our true nature. This everlasting true contentment can only come from within. By turning our mind inward this happiness we are all searching for will finally be revealed.
Nina began teaching in 2004, and has since taught in Thailand, Australia, and her native Norway.
