DEBORA ROGGERI

Debora, an Italian Virgo born in 1973, was fortunate to take an early interest in Yoga, from the age of 16. She enjoys the beauty of life in all its simplicity… laughter, friendship, love, study, and spiritual evolution.

She always felt the need to understand the miracle of the Divine nature of the human being. Her aspiration led her to travel throughout India searching for genuine teachings and a real living master, and it brought her to Rishikesh in 2001, where she met Swami Vivekananda Saraswati. She was instantly and deeply inspired by the Agama approach to Yoga, scientific but profoundly spiritual at the same time, and since then she has devoted herself to the practice of this system of teachings.

She came to Thailand for the 2003 season, during which she continued to learn, began to teach, and studied the interaction between Yoga and Thai massage. In the winter of 2003-2004, Debora established an Agama course in Italy, for which she did all the translations, and in 2005 she began teaching in Rishikesh, at the Indian branch of Agama.

She loves to teach and, even more, to continue to learn, because she fully trusts that with Yoga and the Grace of God it is possible to discover the purpose of existence.
