Healthy Living With Yoga is a practical retreat specialized in bringing a direct personal experience of Yoga to participants. The retreat will explain the basic principles of Yoga Therapy essential for a healthy body, harmonious emotions, and a calm mind, weaving these principles into in-class demonstrations with tangible results.
Daily theoretical presentations will be followed by specially designed Yoga classes that supplement and integrate the theory. We will also emphasize the powerful healing aspects of Nidra Yoga, according to the principles of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Bihar School of Yoga. This unique technique allows the body to rest and fully heal from within, touching the subconscious levels of our being and bringing forth physical, emotional and mental well-being. All retreat participants will be empowered to create therapeutic results for themselves in their daily lives using practices from Yoga Therapy.

This five-day retreat features intensive practice that gives a deep understanding of the strong self-healing mechanisms of the human body. We will not only explore the secrets of staying young, vibrant and lively on all levels, but we will also discover how to help ourselves reach optimum health in specific areas including:
