What is Yoga? [first time held on Sunday, 14 December 2008]
Nowadays many people are visiting Yoga courses and even more are talking about it. But what is Yoga really about?
This workshop gives a comprehensive overview of this complex holistic tradition. The seminar offers to both, beginners and advanced students, an intensive introduction to the fascinating world of Agama Yoga.

Concentration & Relaxation
Extreme requirements and insecurity in private and working life often lead to emotional stress, burnout and psychosomatic disorders. This workshop provides a wide range of methods to increase the quality of life while reducing stress.

Sublimation
Through different yogic techniques negative emotions (such as jealousy, anger, aggression and depression) can be transformed into a confident and positive attitude. The proposed methods can lead to unknown dimensions of joy and peace, clarity and mindfulness.

Yogic purification
Environmental pollution of air, water and food is leading to the acuumulation of toxins in the human body. And with our own unhealthy way of living we even amplify this process of poisoning. These contaminations manifest in the physical body as allergies, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, etc. Furthermore, these impurities lead to emotional and mental stress, expressing themselves as anger, lack of concentration, control and motivation. In this workshop you will recieve very simple and highly effective yogic purification methods (Shat Karma Kriya), which can be integrated into the daily hygiene or applied as intense treatments.
