What is so special about Agama Yoga ?

For the very first time we are able to present Agama Yoga in Germany.
Currently there are no courses offered in Berlin, as the two main teachers are working at the
headquarters of the school in Thailand.
Theory
Agama is a unique international Yoga School which consistently follows the path of an integral
and spiritual Yoga. The system is based on the age-old tradition of
Indian and Tibetan Tantric Yoga. Through a modern interpretation Agama offers
an undogmatic and effective system for authentic self-development and
breathtaking expansion of consciousness.
The combination of Yoga with other spiritual traditions from East and West (such as Taoism,
Christian Mysticism, Tibetan Buddhism, Sufism) leads to a truly integral
spirituality.
Practice
The core of the meditative practice consists of an extraordinary system of
Kundalini-based Hatha Yoga, which allows a profound perception of subtle
energies and chakras. The comprehensive curriculum also
includes countless other techniques from Kriya Yoga, Nidra Yoga, Jnana Yoga and
Meditation, among many others.
The transformative courses are composed of a holistic Yoga practice and theoretical teachings
at university level. This truly integral form of Yoga works not only on a
physical and energetical, but also on an emotional, mental and spiritual level. A convincing
result of this practice is an extensive self-consciousness and the actual integration
of body, mind and spirit.
